On the occasion that we requested assistance from customer service they were immediately available and very knowledgeable. Love this shed but not the instructions
"What I liked. The shed is solid 2x4 16" center construction as is the floor kit. The roof and trusses are equally solid. The functional windows and attic vents help keep the interior from overheating on hotter days. The exterior panels are tough and easy to paint with a brush and thick nap roller. Everything squared nicely and the final product is solid like a house. Painted and shingled to match the house, this shed is a beautiful addition to my yard. What I didn't like. The instructions were confusing. I received two sets. One was for a similar but different shed utilizing different construction and the other a was a poorly labeled exploded view of this shed. I'm an experienced carpenter and struggled with several steps. In particular, there was no information on the roof pitch needed to properly assemble the trusses. Nevertheless, with some improvisation and guesswork, I finished the project. Additional notes. The 8x12 shed comes with 2 4x4 floor supports. I added two more for a much more solid floor. I bought this kit from Lowes for one reason. They delivered it and dropped the pallet on my driveway. If I had bought the kit from the company, I would have had to unload the pallet from a truck while the driver waited. I'm a 70 year-old woman. No thanks."

Great little shed-- Horrible instructions
"The shed itself is great, and thankfully I know my way around a construction project, but you could have at least sent instructions that match the shed I purchased. The pictures and directions were not for the package I received. This caused confusion, frustration and mistakes to be made. Missing studs and top plates were not explained, the images provided were for different sheds--- so step by step, nothing made sense. Do better."
