Just get it!
"We got the 10x12 value workshop and absolutely love it! Spacious and fairly easy to assemble with 2(for lifting) people. Love the windows! We added some vents for our Florida heat and a metal roof, now to choose paint colors. Don’t doubt just get it, it’s a perfect shed🤗."

Great shed! Instructions couldn’t have been any clearer!
"The pre-cut wood and clear instructions made this a breeze! The recommended amount of paint were also on point too! If I had to recommend a shed or do this again, I would pick this kit again!"

Cottage review
"I could not be happier with this cottage kit. Every piece was the perfect length and everything was marked. Super excited to start building out the inside so I can clean all the junk out of my garage and get it in the new shed."

Excellent Quality Shed
"I couldn't be happier with my 10x12 Value Workshop Shed. I was extremely impressed not only with the design, but also with the quality of the lumber. Every precut piece fit perfectly, and the boards were exceptionally straight. It would have taken me forever to hand-pick lumber of this quality from a big box store. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of detail included in the Value Workshop model. Even though I chose the more budget-friendly tier, it never felt like I was sacrificing quality or thoughtful features. The larger door, in particular, is excellent and makes moving equipment in and out much easier. I do have a couple of suggestions for Little Cottage Co. On the 12' model with two side windows, I don't think the shutters are the best aesthetic choice because they sit so close to the door. I replaced mine with a simple trim piece (as shown in my photos), and I think it gives the shed a much cleaner appearance. I would also love to see an option to upgrade the included floor kit from OSB to plywood. I found the floor kit to be an excellent value, and I would gladly pay a bit more for a plywood flooring option. Overall, I'm thrilled with this shed. The quality exceeded my expectations, the assembly went smoothly thanks to the accurate precuts, and the finished product looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality DIY shed kit. Note: I added an extra stud in each corner, and a couple extra to the sides, along with the modification to the window trim"

Awesome
"If you can read you can do this. Arrived in perfect condition on the day it was scheduled. Easy to follow instructions and all factory cuts were precise. Did a lot of research before buying and I think this is the best value for the money"

Cat’s Place
"At first when the pallet arrived, I’m like that doesn’t look like it will make this, boy was I surprised, my Handyman was able to construct in 2 days, we did add our own electrical, easily painted to match our garage. very solid construction, no worries losing this one in the wind. I love it."

Pretty good
"This is a decent building, a little pricey for what it is but it is cut and measured already which helps a lot."

At times instructions a little
"At times instructions a little confusing, must of been written by a engineer not someone who put one together. Ordered a kit without floor, kit received had siding 3 inches to long but it wasn't hard to cut them. Two side panels arrived damaged but once I contacted them they were replaced right away. I am completely satisfied with the final result and would recommend this shed. The only thing I would like to see different is the base and header of the walls. The 12 foot wall they sent a 10'and a2' piece and the 14' they sent a 10'and two 2' pieces."
