Perfect Addition to our Backyard!
"Our backyard decor includes a playhouse where we store supplies over the winter and associated farmhouse trappings. But our 16 year old playhouse finally bit the dust. We were delighted to find Little Cottage Co. in our own home state of Ohio and ordered the Victorian Playhouse. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the materials. Big surprise was that the floor was already assembled including treated wood 4x4's to sit on the ground. Instructions were fairly clear. Helped to have the photos. Also have to say the two of us who assembled this are in our 70's! The only part we had a bit of a challenge was getting the roof and trusses to align. We had to back out screws and redo placement a couple of times to get things to sort of fit together. But everything else was a joy to assemble as the pieces fit so well. We added roofing underlayment and actual shingles to finish off our playhouse. It looks perfect with our mini pond, mini garden and mini windmill! We are now using it to store our dog agility equipment. Perfect! Love that the inside roof peak is about 6 feet high! So very happy with the result. Truly a wonderful addition to our backyard!"
